See if you can correct these mistakes (the solutions are below)

Mistakes

they can propose themselves

the horses that are breeded for running

these three cultures were used to eat meat

don't have time to think to other things

they were ahead other cultures

Solutions

20 million euros

they can promote/offer themselves

Propose (not with a person)

I used to go fishing near my house in the past - not anymore

Used to + infinitive means something you did in the past but you don't do this thing anymore. There are some other expressions which look similar but have different meanings, so be careful!

the horses that are bred for running

these three cultures used to eat meat

Or: these three cultures were used to eating meat

I don't have time to think about other things

they were ahead of other cultures

the army shot them

where they can grow  raise/bring up their children. You cannot grow up another person. I explain this in the following video:

They had a lot of lucky

push them to favourite Juventus in the match

I was used to play football every day in the past

we were used to play football since 4 o'clock till 8 o'clock

you can't be too much technical

the tendence as parents is to...

Solutions

Much + nouns

he has had power/control since 15 years ago

Since x years ago Or: for x years

you can feel like being in a North African country
