Solutions

Black coffee is not good for my health. 'Healthy' is an adjective in English. We need to use the noun 'health'  in this sentence. Here are some more examples: running is good for my health. Running is healthy for me. Fruit is good for my health. Fruit is healthy.

When can I arrive? or when did you arrive? In questions the auxiliary verb normally goes before the subject.

I don't like to be in the sun for  a long time.

I went to the beach. If it's just one beach, we should use an article before it.

The sea was frightening. I was frightened by the sea. In English, adjectives which end -ed show how something/somebody feels. E.g. I am worried. Whereas adjectives which end -ing - describe the things which CREATE the feeling, For example: The film was boring, I was bored by the film. This book is interesting. I am interested by the book.

The weather in Sochi changes often.
